Robert Rogulic is the founder and CEO of Tri-National, Inc., a trucking company that offers goods transportation services between the US, Mexico, and Canada and dedicated domestic truckload services. In 2021, Robert Rogulic’s company was recognized for the third consecutive year as a top company for women to work for in transportation by Women In Trucking (WIT).
For a trucking company to be eligible for this award, it must offer women truck drivers and administrators flexible working hours, competitive pay and benefits, training and equal career growth to men, etc. The company must also have revenues of over $5M, employ at least 00 people, and hold a corporate membership with WIT.
The trucking company must be nominated for the award and the deadline to do this in 2022 is in May. The person nominating the company must explain in 75 words why they deserve to be recognized as a top company for women to work for in transportation. After nomination, WIT reviews the nominees before announcing a list of finalists for the award, which the named companies' employees, partners, and industry stakeholders can vote for online. Once voting is closed, WIT recognizes and features the winners in their official magazine Redefining the Road.
